Our minimum order starts at 10 pieces for Starter tier buyers. Professional tier requires 50 pieces, and Elite tier is for orders of 200+ pieces. We're flexible for first-time buyers — just reach out and we'll discuss your needs.

Yes. We ship to Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, UK, USA, Canada, and across the GCC via DHL Express and Aramex. Volume buyers receive discounted shipping rates. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days.

Professional and Elite tier buyers can request custom colourways and design variations from our India production unit. Custom orders require a minimum lead time of 3–4 weeks depending on volume.

We accept bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, and for verified buyers, Stripe card payments. Standard terms are 100% upfront for Starter tier; 50% deposit for Professional; negotiable net-30 for Elite clients.
